Employee Self-Service Function payslips

As you may be aware, many colleagues across Cheshire East access their payslip electronically via the Employee Self-Service Function using the Oracle system, and therefore do not receive a paper payslip.
There are lots of benefits to this system, including security of personal data with the need for paper flow around the organisation eliminated, early access to payslips and the ability to view and update personal information. In addition, the Council reduces the costs associated with producing and delivering paper payslips.
Please note that with effect from July this year we will be moving all employees with Oracle access over to this system, which will mean that if you are still receiving a paper payslip, you will receive your last one in June and thereafter you will need to access your payslip online using the Oracle system.
To this end you already have access to Oracle and I have attached guidance as to how you can access your payslip via the Employee Self Service functionality in Oracle along with frequently asked questions. If you have forgotten your Oracle password or require further information, please contact the ICT helpdesk or the Employee Service Centre on tel 01244 972021 or 01244 972827.
