Official opening 01/04/16

ESAR will manage and operate whole building providing - catering facilities - 4/6 new job positions, - bespoke cleaning team to maintain property (TUPE Transfer in) - key holder responsibility - health and safety responsibility

New Swimming pool opening hours to be agreed. (Potential contract changes)

No anticipated redundancies as considered a growth area for the business.

Clarity of roles - Individual 1-2-1 sessions with Richard Jones (manager) and Debbie Christopherson (HR) start Friday 16th October and will run through to November 2015.

Relocation issues being looked at - car parking, both staff and users (major concern),

• Closure of Victoria Community Centre
Official closure 28/11/15
University Technical College taking over

• Crewe Swimming Pool
Official closure 31/03/16

• Sir William Stanier School
Leisure joint use Contract finishes 31/03/16, will no longer be local authority subsidised after that date.
If school take on use of building as a leisure facility, then potential TUPE transfer.

• Brooklyn Building, Holmes Chapel
New ESAR Leisure Headquarters

• Holmes Chapel Community Centre  leisure facility opening 28/11/15

• Congleton Leisure Centre conversion into Lifestyle Centre refurbishment

• Health and Open Space conversation taking place with Council regarding future service delivery
