Coming Soon - School Support Staff Negotiating Body (SSSNB)

Its been a long time coming, but in the very near future all School Support Staff will have their own negotiating Body:

 

• That will ONLY focus on school support staff
• Representatives from recognised trade unions and employer bodies, and the government.
• The body will decide pay, terms and conditions for school support staff, as well as taking a new approach to staff training and development.
• You will usually see the negotiating body referred to as the SSSNB
